Six people maximum per team.  Show starts at 6:30pm sharp.  Arrive after 5 o’clock for socializing and snacks!

Address:

  • 6652 Thurston Rd. Springfield
  • We’ll be in the backyard.  Just make your way to the East gate (front door will be locked.)
  • There is a West gate by the garbage bins but the neighbors dobermans will most likely bark at you if you come in this way.

Parking:

  • South side of the street across from my house
  • The church parking lot just East of my house
  • Carpool if possible or the LTD Thurston 11 bus drops you just half a block away
  • Limited driveway parking

Snacks/Beverages:

  • I will provide snacks, beer and wine as well as some n/a beverages.  Feel free to bring snacks/beverages for your team or to share with others.

Other considerations:

  • BRING CHAIRS!  I will provide tables and some chairs.  I have enough chairs for three people per team. If you have more than three people on your team and/or you have a favorite camp chair or folding chair, please bring them for your team!
  • We will be outdoors (lavatory indoors).
  • I keep bees.  They are away from the event area and are quite docile but if you are allergic, I recommend bringing your epi-pen.  I do have several in case of an emergency.  Let me know ahead of time if you are allergic.
  • We lost our neighbors big shade tree during the ice storm but we will be in full shade by 7:15.
  • No dogs, please

  • 1st Place — Trophy and Prize package valued at $100 (approx)
  • 2nd Place — Prize package valued at $60 (approx)
  • 3rd Place — Prize package valued at $40 (approx)
